As a former Spine and Orthopaedic Medical Group CEO, I have often seen the value in busy physicians not disrupting their medical practice to focus on such a complex project while our group expertly and efficiently facilitates the planning, design, build, implementation, startup operations, and profitability plans of their critical new MRI Imaging Center.
The project failures we have seen were caused by medical groups embarking on an MRI installation without understanding all that would be required.
Some imagined that placing an equipment order and hiring a building contractor would be about the extent of it.
