MRI Project Coaching is our “As Needed” Assistance offering for medical practices with the team size or skills to manage many of the “on the ground” aspects of their MRI Imaging Center Project Implementation, but who recognize the need for advice and consultant expertise that will keep them on track and away from the many pitfalls of such a crucial project.

MRI Project Coaching provides the necessary safety net and can be a cost effective solution provided the medical group practice team can be relied upon for some on site activity that may need to occur.

For practices that do not have the team capacity, we recommend our more comprehensive Turn-Key MRI Project services, when we provide not only the advice and guidance, but also take responsibility for planning, managing, implementation, and keeping your project on track.

Our MRI Imaging Center Project Coaching, As Needed Assistance is broken down into the following (19) Nineteen Comprehensive Assistance Modules that roughly track the time line of a project, from Conceptualization and Project Planning to MRI Magnet “Go Live”, and each Project Coaching module is available “As Needed” to suit your project needs, deadlines, and team capacity.

After contact with our client, we deliver each module in the form of written materials relevant to that project aspect and anticipated discussion, along with one hour thirty minutes of scheduled telephone or Videoconference meeting when we are available to answer questions, provide advice, offer our experience, recommendations, and guidance.

Additional call time can be quickly booked when needed, and at all phases of the client project, our actual hands-on assistance can be retained as well.

Our “Coaching, As Needed” MRI Project Assistance can be requested and utilized at any interval throughout the life of the client MRI Imaging Center Project Planning, Buildout, and Implementation, and is often sought by our clients in the following areas,

*MRI Site selection, and MRI Magnet siting guidance

*Architectural plan guidance, vibration and building site testing

Each of the 19 separate “Coaching, As Needed” consultation Modules,  offers significant opportunity for very experienced and personalized MRI project specific professional guidance and assistance. Take the opportunity to strengthen and enhance your MRI Imaging Center Project outcome.

Each Coaching, As Needed Consultation Module is priced at $1,500, and includes client receipt of any documents prepared and provided in advance of the discussion time, as well as one hour thirty minutes of scheduled Teleconference or phone discussion time. Any additional call time beyond the one hour thirty minutes included in each Module, and for any requested document review or more active project involvement, would result in additional charges and agreement.
