In this foundational Coaching Module #1, we examine your specific goals and needs and the considerations unique to your practice.
Since this coaching module is highly customizable, we will examine any project areas you want to discuss. Furthermore, everything can be modified to meet your specific Information and Assistance needs.
Topics we will generally cover as they pertain to your individual circumstance:
The framework and individual aspects of your specific MRI Project.
Determining if your practice produces sufficient scans per month between all providers to support a profitable MRI.
The MRI Project Entity types are available in your practice structure. Options might include In Office Exemption-Single Integrated Medical Group Practice, Block Leasing multiple group practices, ASC, IDTF Independent Testing Facility, Hospital Service Line, Radiology Group Practice, or Other options that may be available.
Where you are currently in the MRI Project process.
Understanding the financial goals and expectations of your collective and individual Project Owners.
Reviewing any Clinical Needs to be met in your MRI Project and answer the question: Should you own an MRI Magnet?
Categorizing any other MRI Project special and or specific equipment interests, needs, and or requirements, IE, 70 cm short bore vs 60 cm bore, Extremity Unit vs. 1.5 Tesla or 3.0 Tesla unit, New Unit vs. Refurbished Unit, Ortho, Spine, or other specialty-specific imaging coil, or patient table needs, Natural Lighting requirements, Patient Sound and Communications options, etc.

Understanding critical MRI site considerations, limitations, opportunities, requirements, and options. Lastly, if you have a site, we can consider layout, suitability, and any limitations that may impact it.

Discussion of MRI Imaging Center Ownership models that can be shared by several non-integrated medical groups.

In addition, we will help you analyze the opportunity and fully understand the benefits of MRI for your practice.
